The Blazer first made its debut in 1983 when its production began alongside the larger K5 Blazer and Jimmy. It lasted through 2005 when it was replaced with the Chevrolet TrailBlazer. The Blazer was one of the most popular sport utility vehicles of its time helping the port utility vehicles or SUV become a household name. The SUV has a split folding seat and 64.2 cubic feet of maximum volume. Also featured on the Chevy Blazer is a floor mounted rail system with an adjustable cargo fence, a horizontal cargo net, and a flexible cargo partition. The Blazer offers three different engine choices available all-wheel drive (AWD). An Advanced Twin-Clutch AWD system, available on RS, can independently direct torque to the wheel with the best traction for even more confidence and control. The Driver Mode Selector allows drivers to adjust their vehicle’s performance on challenging road surfaces.
